Offworld Trading Company is an economic RTS which I believe to be vaguely inspired by Starcraft, Settlers of Catan and Transport Tycoon. What I think that the developer’s intent was while developing OTC was to create a game that was innovative, intellectually stimulating and fun to play.

I've done the file validation from the Stardock launcher, and it says a file failed to validate, then causes Steam to download a 14.1MB file.
